How fees work

Your only bill is the monthly plan. We deduct the rest from customer payments automatically.

Your facility pays the monthly Centraly fee for the plan you choose. When a customer pays online, the Centraly fee and Stripe processing fee are taken out of that payment before the rest is deposited to your account.

Centraly fee 2% standard

2% of each transaction processed through the platform. Enterprise plans can include lower rates.

Stripe processing 2.9% + 30¢

Charged separately by Stripe and deducted from each transaction.

How does billing work?

You pay the monthly Centraly software fee for your plan. Centraly takes 2% of each transaction processed through the platform on standard plans, and Enterprise contracts can include lower transaction rates. Stripe charges processing fees separately and deducts them from each transaction.

What are transaction and payment network fees?

When a household pays by card, Stripe charges processing fees - typically around 2.9% + 30¢ in the US, depending on card type - and deducts them from the transaction. Those fees are separate from the Centraly transaction fee, which is 2% on standard plans and can be lower on Enterprise.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fee on Starter, Venue, or Pro. Enterprise includes a dedicated implementation team, which is priced in the contract - never as a surprise line item.

Can I start on one plan and move up?

Yes. Most facilities start on Venue or Starter and move to Pro once leagues pick up. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately, and your data and settings stay intact.

What if I need to migrate mid-season?

We can import rosters, credits, memberships, and season schedules from CSVs or direct pulls. If you are moving mid-season, we plan the cutover so your staff knows when the old system stops and the new one starts.

Are there annual discounts?

Yes - two months free on annual billing for Venue and Pro. Contact us for Enterprise annual terms.

What counts as a "surface"?

Any bookable playing surface or studio that runs its own schedule. A twin-pad venue is two surfaces. A twin-pad with an off-ice studio is three.

Do I have to use Stripe?

Stripe is the default. We also support Square for POS pairing and can integrate custom processors on Enterprise.
